	Mine Road Baptist Church has been around for a while...founded in 1791 by some men and women who wanted to make an impact in the world for Jesus Christ. We're greatful for our rich history and excited about  the future which awaits us. .
		Mine Road Baptist is located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia,  just outside of Fredericksburg, in the heart of Civil War country. We are a small "country" church grounded in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the risen Savior.
				Worship of God is very important to the Mine Road family  and congregational singing is a large part of our  weekly services. We are frequently joined by our Youth Choir and many members of our church family are invited to participate in our services. Remember, God has granted us precious talents and it is the duty of a church family to utilize these gifts.
